Pan Fried Chicken with Mandarin oranges salad


Cook this easy dish using mandarin oranges cos everyone at this time of the year got a lot at home so use it as salad very refreshing and healthier cos add fruits in our dishes after the cny feasting.


INGREDIENTS
4 chicken thigh deboned
1/4 geen apples-cut into strips
1/4 bengkuang-cut into strips
1 mandarin oranges-cut into wedges
2 tbsp thousand island dressing

MARINADE
2 tsp sand ginger powder (sha jiang powder-bought from Kwong Cheong Thye)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 egg white
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp chicken seasoning powder
1/2 tsp pepper

METHOD
1. Marinade chicken thigh with marinade for 30 minutes.
2.Pan fried chicken using happy call pan without adding oil.Pan fried till golden and cook.
3. Mix fresh fruits with thousand island dressing. Serve with chicken .Enjoy!

Paper Wrapped Chicken ( Chi Pow Kai )


 Cook this healthy version of Chi Pow Kai using my Happy Call Pan (Ocher the higher pan) no need oil to deep fried taste wise still as good and yummy too.
Before cooking my ready wrapped chicken. Just use deboned chicken thigh marinade it well,add spring onions and sliced young ginger.
