Steam Banana Cake

Ingredients

2 large eggs

80 gm castor sugar

2 ripe bananas

150 gm self-raising flour

1/4 tsp baking soda

75gm oil

Method

1.Sift flour and baking soda together.

2.Whisk eggs and sugar till ribbon stage.

3.Mixed in mashed bananas.

4.Gently fold in flour and oil till well mixed.

5.Pour into lined muffin .

6.Steam over high heat or 15 minutes.

Grilled Satay Chicken

Made these simple grilled chicken satay style using happy call pan . Blend 2 shallots,2 garlic 2 lemongrass with Kunyit powder and some meat curry powder with a little oil and marinade the chicken for 2 hours add salt and pepper to taste then grilled it .
